How do we do it?
Companies register with us in one of the plans we offer and publish their vacancies to attract candidates. We make sure they are legally incorporated.
Candidates apply for vacancies of their interest at no cost, recognizing those who have talent and are looking for the opportunity to perform their professional career.
Recruiters pre-select from the talent pool including those who have applied to their published positions according to professional profile, area of expertise, education and competencies.
Recruiters take over the selection process of candidates through the tools we offer in the advanced versions, such as candidate evaluation, online questionnaire assignment, personal and previous employment references, medical evaluations, hiring and printing of employment contracts, as well as approving or rejecting candidates at any stage of the process.
